Cantine Carboni is an historical winery which has been producing wine and nourishing grapevines as a family tradition for over 30 years.

The little town lies in the hills of Mandrolisai and thanks to the climate and soil extraordinary conditions of this area, and its historical wine making tradition, Ortueri enters in the Olympus of the Sardinian wine territories. Among the main vines varieties cultivated by Cantina Carboni are cannonau, bovale sardo (muristellu), monica and nasco. The nature of the soil in the Mandrolisai area provides grapes with exceptional quality characteristics.
Each vine at Cantine Carboni is cultivated with respect and produces only a few clusters, very rich in flavors and aromas. This care gives both to the red and white wines of Cantine Carboni strength, harmony and elegance, transmitting to the senses the warmth aromas of this territory.
